Northern Settsu

The Northern Settsu area is a residential region a bit outside central Osaka. During the day it's quiet, but at night, adult businesses—mainly delivery health—start operating.

Geographically, the area is served by the JR Kyoto Line, Hankyu Kyoto Line, and Osaka Monorail, providing good access to Osaka city and Kyoto. The region is large, with shop distributions varying by city like Suita, Toyonaka, Ibaraki, and Takatsuki.

The adult scene is overwhelmingly dominated by delivery health (deliheru), especially concentrated in Toyonaka and Suita. There are also some hotel health and esthe shops, but they are limited. Prices are slightly lower than in central Osaka, with many shops starting around ¥10,000 for 60 minutes.

Deliheru services are dispatched to your home or hotel; there are almost no storefronts. So you need to secure a hotel in advance. Business hotels and love hotels are scattered throughout the area, convenient for meetups.

For foreign visitors, many shops require Japanese language skills, so check beforehand. Since the area is large, taxis or rental cars are convenient. The best time is after 8 PM, and weekends are crowded.
