When you exit Ibaraki Station, taxis line up at the north rotary, and the underground passage to the south exit is lined with restaurants and izakayas. Step away from the station bustle, and quiet residential streets spread out. The adult entertainment district here is scattered within walking distance of the station, with discreet signage.

Geographically, Ibaraki is a bedroom community north of Osaka City, served by the JR Kyoto Line and Hankyu Kyoto Line. The station area mixes commercial facilities and office buildings, bustling with shoppers and office workers during the day. At night, with fewer neon lights, the atmosphere becomes calmer.

The adult scene includes a few soaplands, over a dozen delivery health shops, and several pink salons. Soaplands are located on side streets a bit from the station, with rates around ¥20,000 per hour—reasonable. Delivery health mainly dispatches to hotels, with affordable prices starting at ¥10,000 for 30 minutes. Pink salons are in multi-tenant buildings near the station, offering quick, easy fun.

Overall, the scale is small, with many locally oriented shops. It feels more for local men than tourists. English support is almost nonexistent, but if you speak Japanese, it's fine.

Access: about 15 minutes from Osaka Station on JR, or 20 minutes from Umeda on Hankyu. Best time is after 8 PM. Some shops require advance reservations. For foreign visitors, it's practical to choose shops where Japanese is spoken, or for delivery health, call to your hotel.

Note: since this area is close to residential neighborhoods, be mindful of noise and manners late at night. Also, watch out for touts and stick to legitimate shops.
