The shopping street in front of Fuse Station has a strong local vibe. Supermarkets, delis, and pachinko parlors line the street, busy with shoppers during the day. At night, foot traffic drops and the area turns into a quiet residential neighborhood.

The area spreads north and south of the station, but adult shops are mainly concentrated in the alleys on the south side. Within a 5-minute walk from the station, the signage is discreet.

Fuse's adult scene centers on delivery health and hotel health. There are about 10 shops, not densely packed. Prices are slightly cheaper than central Osaka, around ¥10,000 for 60 minutes. There are no storefront-type establishments; all are dispatch-type to hotels or homes.

Delivery health often uses the love hotel district near the station, while hotel health operates in partner hotels. Foreigner-friendly options are limited, and you may be turned away if you don't speak Japanese.

Access is a short walk from Fuse Station on the JR Osaka Higashi Line or Kintetsu Nara Line. Restaurants near the station close early, so it's best to contact the shop beforehand.

For first-timers, choose a shop where Japanese is spoken, or a delivery health where you can request a Japanese female staff member. Meeting at the convenience store in front of the station is common.
