Hirakata and Neyagawa

Hirakata and Neyagawa are bedroom communities that have developed as suburbs of Osaka City. During the day, they are quiet residential areas, but at night, the adult entertainment districts near the stations come alive.

Geographically, the Keihan Main Line and JR Gakkentoshi Line run through the area, providing access from central Osaka in about 30 minutes. Hirakata-shi Station and Neyagawa-shi Station are the main hubs, with adult shops concentrated around both stations.

The adult industry in this area is dominated by delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru). There are dozens of shops, with price ranges around 10,000 to 15,000 yen for 60 minutes, which is relatively affordable. A few fashion health and pink salons exist but are rare.

Delivery health services are often dispatched to hotels, while hotel health provides services in partner hotels. Shops catering to foreign tourists are limited, but if you can speak Japanese, it's easier to use.

Access: from Osaka Station, take the JR to Neyagawa Station (about 20 minutes); from Kyobashi Station, take the Keihan to Hirakata-shi Station (about 15 minutes). Business hours are generally from noon to midnight, and weekends are crowded.

When using, many shops require advance reservation by phone or web. Foreigners may be asked to show ID, so bring your passport. If you don't speak Japanese, look for English-friendly shops or use a translation app.
