Step out of the east exit of Oyama Station, and you're greeted by the calm scenery typical of a regional city. A few taxis wait in the station roundabout, and chain izakayas and family restaurants line the streets. As night falls, the lights of business hotels begin to flicker on.

The area centers on JR Oyama Station. The main adult entertainment zone is on the east side, with many delivery health and hotel health shops concentrated within a 5-minute walk from the station. Business hotels near the station serve as the primary play venues, often in partnership with the shops.

The adult scene in Oyama is dominated by delivery health and hotel health. There are about 20 to 30 shops, making it a medium-sized district. Prices range from 12,000 to 18,000 yen for 60 minutes, slightly cheaper than the Tokyo metropolitan area. Delivery health shops typically dispatch girls to hotels, while hotel health shops use love hotels or business hotels near the station.

English-friendly options are limited. Most shops require Japanese language ability, and only a handful can accommodate English speakers. Reservations are usually made by phone, though online booking is becoming more common, but most sites are Japanese-only.

Access from Tokyo takes about an hour on the JR Shonan-Shinjuku Line. Direct trains from Shinjuku make day trips possible. Business hours are generally from noon to around midnight. Weekends can be busy, so advance reservations are recommended.

If you're visiting for the first time, check the information magazines at the station or research shops online beforehand. Some shops may not accept foreigners, so it's best to confirm in advance.
