Kasai / Nishi-Kasai

Kasai and Nishi-Kasai are quiet residential neighborhoods on the eastern edge of Tokyo, in Edogawa Ward. By day, families fill the streets, but at night, neon signs along the station front reveal a different side.

The area is served by the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, with Kasai and Nishi-Kasai stations as the main hubs. Many shops cluster within walking distance of both stations. Nishi-Kasai, in particular, has plenty of restaurants, making it convenient for meeting up.
