Minami/Minato/Nakagawa Wards

Minami, Minato, and Nakagawa Wards spread south of Nagoya, a mix of industrial and residential zones. There's no major red-light district; adult shops appear sporadically along main roads. By day, factory workers and local shoppers fill the streets, but at night foot traffic thins out.

Geographically, these wards lie about 5–10 km south of Nagoya Station. Key areas include Ōe and Kasaderi in Minami Ward, Tsukijiguchi and Tōkaidōri in Minato Ward, and Yakuma and Toda in Nakagawa Ward. Accessible by subway, Aonami Line, or JR, but many shops are a long walk from stations.

The adult scene here centers on soaplands and delivery health. In Minami Ward's Ōe area, a handful of soaplands cluster together, with prices around ¥12,000–20,000 for 60 minutes. Around Tsukijiguchi in Minato Ward, delivery health shops are common, typically ¥10,000–15,000 for 60 minutes plus hotel fee. Nakagawa Ward has even fewer shops, just a few delivery health outlets.

Overall, the density is low. Compared to Nagoya Station or Sakae, options are limited. Shops here are locally oriented, serving regulars rather than tourists. Foreigner-friendly service is almost nonexistent.

For access, use Ōe Station (Meijō Subway Line) for Minami Ward, Tsukijiguchi Station (Aonami Line) for Minato Ward, or Hatta Station (JR Kansai Line) for Nakagawa Ward. But expect a 15–20 minute walk from the station; a taxi is more practical.

If you visit, weekend daytime is better than weekday nights for finding shops open. Reservations are mandatory, and Japanese language ability is essential. English-speaking shops are virtually absent, so bring a Japanese-speaking friend or consider Nagoya Station area instead.
