Osu is the neighborhood that spreads around Osu Kannon temple in Nagoya. The visitors bureau calls it a wonderland that draws people of every age, gender and nationality.
Nagoya's transportation bureau lists Osu Kannon Station on the Tsurumai Line and Kamimaezu Station on both the Meijo and Tsurumai lines. Pick whichever station matches the line you are arriving on, and you can keep transfers to a minimum.
