Matsudo City

Step off the train at Matsudo Station and you're in a typical bedroom suburb: chain izakayas, family restaurants, and a bus rotary. It's a commuter pass-through, not a nightlife district. The residential streets stretch out quietly.

Geographically, Matsudo sits on the JR Joban Line and Shin-Keisei Line, about 30 minutes from Tokyo Station. The station area has shops and offices, but no red-light district. Adult shops are scattered in mixed-use buildings near the station or along major roads like Route 6.

The adult scene here is limited to delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru). No soaplands, pink salons, or SM clubs. About 10–20 shops operate, with prices around ¥10,000–15,000 for 60 minutes. Most hotel health shops partner with nearby love hotels for same-day service.

Foreigner-friendly shops are almost nonexistent. Japanese language is the norm; English or Chinese is rare. Some shops accept online reservations, but phone calls are standard. If you're a resident or fluent in Japanese, it's doable. For tourists, it's a challenge.

Access: 30 minutes from Tokyo Station on the JR Rapid. Last trains are early (around 11 PM). Shop hours are typically noon to midnight. Weekends are busier. Book a day ahead to be safe.

To find shops, skip the station buildings and check along Route 6. Signs are discreet; you'll need to search online. Use local listing sites or review boards.
