Noda/Nagareyama

Noda and Nagareyama are quiet residential cities in northwestern Chiba Prefecture. While they serve as commuter towns for Tokyo, they retain a rural atmosphere and have no nightlife districts or red-light areas.

Geographically, Noda borders Ibaraki and Saitama prefectures, while Nagareyama adjoins Matsudo and Kashiwa. Both cities are connected to central Tokyo via the Tobu Noda Line and Tsukuba Express, but the areas around the stations are dominated by commercial facilities, with no concentration of adult venues.

The adult entertainment scene here is extremely limited. There are no storefront venues such as soaplands, fashion health, or pink salons. The only option is a handful of delivery health (deliheru) shops, numbering fewer than ten.

Delivery health rates typically range from ¥10,000 to ¥15,000 per 60 minutes, which is average for the Tokyo metropolitan area. However, due to the very limited selection, thorough advance research is essential.

For foreign visitors, there is almost no reason to come to this area specifically for adult entertainment. If you must, it's better to head to Kashiwa, Matsudo, or the entertainment districts of Tokyo.

Access from Tokyo takes about 30–40 minutes by train, which is not bad, but taxis at night can be hard to find. If using delivery health, you'll need to arrange a hotel in advance, as the service is hotel-based.
