Koriyama

Exit Koriyama Station's east gate and walk along Route 4. You'll see a block with sparse neon signs. That's Koriyama's adult district. It's not flashy like Tokyo or Sendai, but it gets a steady flow of local salarymen and business travelers.

The area is within a 5-10 minute walk from the station, easy to navigate. Turn off the main road and you'll find a quiet zone where love hotels and adult shops mix.

Koriyama's scene is centered on soaplands. About ten soaplands cluster around the east exit, with prices ranging from ¥15,000 to ¥20,000 per hour — standard for a regional city. There are also a few delivery health services, where you call a girl to your hotel. Pink salons are tucked into multi-tenant buildings near the station, offering quick, cheap fun.

SM clubs and erotic massage shops are almost nonexistent. The overall scale is small, options limited, but the quality is consistent.

Access is on foot from JR Koriyama Station. The Tohoku Shinkansen takes about 1.5 hours from Tokyo, 30 minutes from Sendai. The busiest time is early evening (8 PM to 11 PM). Foreign tourists are rare, and some shops may refuse service if you don't speak Japanese. Learning a few basic phrases helps.

Note: Some shops have a "Japanese only" policy. Check by phone or online beforehand, or bring a Japanese friend. Most places are cash-only, so carry enough yen.
