Otsuki

Otsuki is a residential area southeast of Koriyama, mixing farmland with new housing developments. The area around the station has a small shopping street, but foot traffic thins out after dark.

Otsuki Station is on the JR Tohoku Main Line, about 10 minutes by train from Koriyama Station. The station front has a roundabout and a few restaurants, with almost no nightlife elements.

There are no adult venues in Otsuki. Koriyama's adult entertainment district is concentrated around the west exit of Koriyama Station, with a few soaplands, delivery health, and hotel health services. From Otsuki, it's about 15 minutes by taxi.

Soaplands in Koriyama are relatively affordable, with 60-minute sessions ranging from ¥12,000 to ¥20,000. Delivery health services typically dispatch to hotels, and shops accepting foreigners are limited.

If staying in Otsuki, you'll need to head to the Koriyama station area for adult entertainment. Taxi fare is about ¥1,500–¥2,000 one way. The last train is around 11 PM, so taxis are reliable for late-night travel.

There's little reason for foreign tourists to stay in Otsuki, but if you do, plan ahead for adult services. Booking a delivery health service to your hotel is the most practical approach.
