Takatsu Ward (Mizonokuchi)

Step off at Mizonokuchi Station and you're in a terminal where the Tokyu Line and JR Nambu Line cross. The station front is lined with shops and restaurants, busy with shoppers and commuters during the day. At night, the bustle fades and side streets light up with neon.

The area spreads north and south from the station. The north exit has old shopping streets; the south exit has redeveloped condos and hotels. Adult shops are mainly in alleys near the south exit or in residential zones a short walk away.

Adult entertainment here is dominated by delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru). Deliheru dispatches girls to hotels near the station, with rates around ¥12,000–20,000 for 60 minutes. Hoteheru operates in partner hotels at similar prices. No pink salons or soaplands. About 20–30 shops, medium density.

Most deliheru operate from apartment rooms within walking distance of the station, taking reservations by phone or LINE. Hoteheru partners with business hotels and love hotels near the station. Foreigner-friendly shops are rare; Japanese language ability is often required.

Access: JR Nambu Line or Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line to Mizonokuchi Station. Typical hours: noon to midnight. Busy on Friday and Saturday nights—book ahead.

First-timers should check a map at the station convenience store. Shops often have no visible signage, so look up addresses online beforehand. If you don't speak Japanese, search for English-friendly shops in advance.
