Kanagawa Prefecture, adjacent to Tokyo, has its own distinct adult entertainment culture. The variety of adult venues is extensive. Isezakicho has about 50 soaplands, with rates starting at ¥20,000 per hour. Kawasaki's Horinouchi has over 100 delivery health shops, with typical rates around ¥10,000 for 30 minutes. Fashion health and pink salons are also abundant; pink salons cost about ¥3,000 for 15 minutes. There are a few SM clubs in Yokohama's Noge area.

Acceptance of foreign customers varies by shop. Soaplands often require Japanese language skills, but some delivery health and fashion health shops can handle English. Kawasaki's Horinouchi is relatively open, with information counters catering to foreigners.

Access from Tokyo is within 30 minutes by train. Business hours depend on the shop, but soaplands typically operate from noon to midnight, while delivery health shops run from evening to 2 AM. Cash is the norm; some shops do not accept credit cards.
