Sagamihara/Yamato Area

The Sagamihara/Yamato area is a bedroom community in northern Kanagawa Prefecture, about an hour by train from Tokyo. During the day, it's a typical suburban city with chain stores and supermarkets, but at night, the neon signs of adult shops become noticeable.

The area centers around Sagamihara Station, Yamato Station, and Ebina Station, with shops scattered near each. Sagamihara is a wide area, with shops within walking distance from the station. Around Yamato Station, adult shops are tucked away in back alleys mixed with restaurants.

The main adult venue types are soaplands, delivery health, and pink salons. There are a few soaplands near Sagamihara Station, with prices ranging from ¥10,000 to ¥20,000 for 30 minutes. Delivery health is abundant throughout the area, mostly hotel派遣 type, costing around ¥10,000 for 60 minutes. Pink salons are concentrated around Yamato Station, offering quick and easy services.

Overall, the number of shops is not large, and the scale is small. Prices are cheaper than in Tokyo, catering to local office workers and couples. Few shops cater to foreign tourists, and Japanese language support is standard.

Access is convenient via the JR Sagami Line or Odakyu Line. From Tokyo, take the Odakyu Line from Shinjuku to Sagami-Ono Station (about 30 minutes), then transfer to local stations. Driving is possible, but parking availability varies by shop.

Weekday nights are recommended for visits. Weekends can be crowded with locals. Since some shops have limited foreigner acceptance, check in advance by phone or email. Cash is preferred as cashless payments are not widespread.
