Yamato City

When you step out of Yamato Station, you see a typical suburban landscape with chain izakayas and family restaurants. During the day, it's busy with shoppers and commuters, but at night, adult shop signs start to appear here and there.

Yamato City is part of the Sagamihara area, a transportation hub where the Odakyu Line and Sotetsu Line intersect. Adult shops are scattered around both the north and south exits, but are concentrated in the back alleys on the south side. It's a compact area you can cover on foot.

The adult scene centers on delivery health and hotel health. About 30 to 40 shops cluster around the station, with prices ranging from 12,000 to 18,000 yen for 60 minutes—quite reasonable. There are also a few pink salons, but not many. Many shops are storefront delivery health, where you negotiate directly at the waiting room.

Not well known among foreign tourists, the main clientele are local salarymen and factory workers. Many shops require Japanese, but some accept foreigners. It's best to confirm by phone or LINE in advance.

Access is about 40 minutes from Shinjuku on the Odakyu Line. Peak hours are 10 PM to 5 AM. Fridays and Saturdays are crowded, so reservations are essential. There are several business hotels near the station, convenient for hotel health use.

Note that the adult district is adjacent to residential areas, so late-night noise and littering are strictly prohibited. Follow the shop rules and avoid causing trouble for local residents.
