Stepping into the Central Area, you feel the unique atmosphere where the neon of American Village mixes with the retro streets of Koza. English is commonly heard due to the US military bases, and tourists mingle with locals. At night, the signs of adult shops begin to glow quietly.

Geographically, it's about 40 minutes by car from Naha. Large commercial facilities line the coast of Chatan, while adult shops are scattered in the backstreets and the old town of Koza. The area is wide, but shops are concentrated on specific streets and buildings.

The adult scene is dominated by delivery health (deliheru), with many hotel health (hoteheru) and fashion health shops. Prices range from 12,000 to 20,000 yen for 60 minutes, slightly cheaper than Naha. Some shops actively accept foreign customers and have English-speaking staff.

Delivery health is mainly dispatch-type to hotels, requiring advance reservation by phone or LINE. Hotel health shops are often attached to love hotels, and you can visit directly. Fashion health is basically non-sexual, but some shops offer options.

Access: about 1 hour by bus from Naha Airport, or rental car is convenient. Parking varies by shop, so check in advance. Business hours are usually until midnight to 2 AM, with many shops operating by reservation during the day.

Advice for foreign visitors: Research shops that can accommodate non-Japanese speakers. Shops with English support often advertise "English OK." US military personnel may need to show ID. Payment is generally upfront; follow the rules to avoid trouble.
