Yomitan Village / Kadena Town

Yomitan Village and Kadena Town stretch along Route 58 in central Okinawa. By day, tourists and locals fill the area, but at night, adult venue signs become more visible. With US military bases nearby, many shops offer English support, making it accessible for foreign visitors.

Geographically, Yomitan faces the west coast, while Kadena sits adjacent to Kadena Air Base. The two areas are about a 10-minute drive apart, with adult venues scattered along the main road and around the base. Taxi is the primary transport, and many shops have parking.

The adult scene here is dominated by delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru). Deliheru sends girls to your home or hotel, while hoteheru operates in partner hotels. There are several dozen shops—less dense than Naha's Matsuyama or Kokusai Street, but practical services tailored to base personnel are available.

Prices range from 12,000–18,000 yen for 60 minutes for deliheru, and 15,000–20,000 yen for hoteheru. Many shops have English-speaking staff, so language is less of a barrier. Pink salons and soaplands are almost nonexistent here.

Access from Naha Airport takes about 40 minutes by car, or 5,000–6,000 yen by taxi. Buses are infrequent, so renting a car or taking a taxi is recommended. It's best to call or book online in advance, especially on weekends when it gets busy.

Foreign tourists should choose shops that advertise English support. Always carry your passport for ID checks. Cancellation policies vary, so confirm when booking to avoid issues.
