Okinawa City/Uruma City

Okinawa City and Uruma City, about 40 minutes by car from Naha, are practical adult entertainment areas in central Okinawa Island. Shops are scattered around the gates of US military bases and along national highways, catering more to locals and base personnel than tourists.

Geographically, the main hubs are the Koza area (around Gate Street) in Okinawa City and the Ishikawa/Gushikawa area in Uruma City. Delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru) dominate, with some fashion health and esthetic services.

The density is lower than Naha, with several dozen shops. Prices range from 12,000 to 18,000 yen for 60 minutes for delivery health, and 15,000 to 20,000 yen for hotel health. English-speaking shops are limited, but some may manage basic English for base-related customers.

For hotel health, secure a hotel in advance or use a shop-affiliated love hotel. For delivery health, request dispatch to your home or hotel. Foreign visitors may be refused if they don't speak Japanese, so bring a Japanese-speaking friend or confirm English-friendly shops beforehand.

Access: about 1 hour by car or bus (Ryukyu Bus or Okinawa Bus) from Naha. Best time: 8 PM to midnight. The area is spread out, so research shops in advance.
