Izumisano・Sennan

Izumisano・Sennan is known as the gateway to Kansai International Airport, but at night it shows a different face. Scattered near the airport, this area has adult playgrounds where local office workers, business travelers, and airport staff gather.

Geographically, shops are concentrated around Izumisano Station and parts of Sennan City. The Nankai Main Line and JR Hanwa Line run through the area, making it easily accessible from Osaka city center. Airport limousine buses and taxis are also available, providing good transport links.

The adult entertainment scene here is mainly delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru). The number of shops is not large, but due to the proximity to the airport, short-time services are common. Prices are slightly cheaper than in Osaka city, with 30- to 60-minute short courses being typical.

Deliheru services are mostly dispatch-type to hotels, while hoteheru services are based in partner hotels. Both require phone or web reservations and waiting at a meeting point. English-speaking shops are limited but some exist.

Access: about 10 minutes by train from Kansai Airport, get off at Izumisano Station. Business hours are usually from afternoon until late night, with some shops aligning with flight schedules. It's best to call or book online in advance.

For foreign visitors, language can be a barrier. Check for English-friendly shops beforehand or go with a Japanese-speaking friend. Many shops are cash-only, so bring enough cash.
