Komaba Todaimae/Ikenoue

Komaba Todaimae and Ikenoue are quiet residential areas along the Keio Inokashira Line in western Tokyo. Close to the University of Tokyo's Komaba campus, the area has a calm atmosphere with many students and families. While there are small shops and restaurants near the stations, there is virtually no nightlife entertainment district.

Geographically, the area is about 10 minutes by train from Shibuya, offering good access to central Tokyo, but the neighborhood itself is tranquil, with residential streets just off the main roads. Ikenoue Station is adjacent to Komaba Todaimae Station, and both have a similar environment.

From the perspective of the adult entertainment industry, this area is largely undeveloped. Only a few delivery health (deliheru) shops operate here, and there are no storefront-type venues such as soaplands, fashion health, or pink salons. The number of deliheru shops is limited, and prices tend to be slightly lower than central Tokyo, around 10,000 yen per 60 minutes.

If you want to use adult services in this area, options are very limited. Deliheru primarily dispatch to hotels, and use at home or love hotels is common. Since there is no concentration of shops, you cannot find them near the station; you need to book online in advance.

Access is via the Keio Inokashira Line at Komaba Todaimae Station or Ikenoue Station. From Shibuya, it's about 10 minutes on a local train; from Shinjuku, you need to transfer and it takes about 20 minutes. For foreign tourists visiting for adult entertainment, this area is not recommended. It's more practical to use large-scale districts like Shinjuku or Shibuya.

If you still want to use a deliheru in this area, check in advance whether the shop can handle reservations in Japanese. Many shops are not used to dealing with foreigners, and communication in English may be difficult. Deliheru often accept same-day reservations, but wait times may occur depending on the time of day.
