Yoyogi-Uehara / Tohokuzawa

Yoyogi-Uehara and Tohokuzawa are quiet residential neighborhoods along the Odakyu Line. The area around the stations has a few stylish cafes and restaurants, giving it a local, everyday feel. At night, it becomes very quiet, with none of the bustle of an entertainment district.

Geographically, Yoyogi-Uehara is in Shibuya Ward, while Tohokuzawa sits on the border with Setagaya Ward. Access is good—about 5 minutes from Shinjuku on the Odakyu Line—but this is not an area where adult venues cluster.

The adult scene here is extremely limited. There are only a few delivery health (deliheru) shops. No storefront establishments like soaplands, fashion health, pink salons, or SM clubs exist. Prices for deliheru are around ¥10,000 for 60 minutes, slightly cheaper than central Tokyo.

Very few foreign tourists visit this area for adult entertainment. If you use a delivery health service, you need to check in advance whether they can accommodate non-Japanese speakers. Since there are no storefronts, meeting points are usually in front of the station or at a hotel.

Access is convenient via the Odakyu Line. From Shinjuku, it's about 5 minutes to Yoyogi-Uehara and about 8 minutes to Tohokuzawa on a local train. Be aware that the area is quiet at night.

This area is better suited for those who want a calm atmosphere rather than adult entertainment. If you do come for adult services, make sure to book a delivery health appointment in advance and confirm the meeting location.
