Sasazuka / Daitabashi

Sasazuka and Daitabashi are residential areas a few stops from Shinjuku on the Keio Line. By day, quiet shopping streets and houses dominate, but at night a handful of adult shops light up in small mixed-use buildings. There's no flashiness—just a local, down-to-earth vibe.

The area is scattered along the Koshu Kaido road between Sasazuka and Daitabashi stations. Shops are tucked in alleys a few minutes' walk from the stations. This isn't a tourist spot; it's an extension of everyday life.

The adult scene here is centered on delivery health and hotel health. The number of shops can be counted on one hand—no large concentration. Prices are slightly lower than central Tokyo: delivery health starts from the upper 10,000 yen range for 60 minutes, and hotel health is similar plus room fee. It suits visitors who prefer a calm session over flashy services.

Foreigner acceptance varies by shop. Many require Japanese language ability, but some may accommodate. Calling ahead to confirm is essential.

Access is easy via the Keio Line. From Shinjuku, express trains reach Sasazuka in about 5 minutes, local trains to Daitabashi in about 10. Most shops operate until late night but close before the last train.

Weekday evenings are the best time to visit. Weekends can be busier with local customers. There are few cheap business hotels near the stations, so it's practical to stay in Shinjuku or elsewhere.
