Ichikawa-Hon-Yawata is a residential area developed as a commuter town for Tokyo, yet the station fronts are convenient with commercial facilities and restaurants. During the day, it's bustling with families and office workers, but at night the atmosphere becomes calmer.

Centered around Hon-Yawata Station, served by the JR Sobu Line and Toei Shinjuku Line, Ichikawa Station is also within walking distance. The station area is compact and easy to navigate on foot.
