Exiting the north exit of Tsudanuma Station, you see a typical suburban terminal scene with chain izakayas and fast-food joints. But step into the side streets, and quiet apartment buildings house delivery health and hotel health operations behind unmarked doors.

The area centers on JR Sobu Line's Tsudanuma Station, with shops scattered within walking distance. They operate behind the shopping arcade extending from the station rotary, blending into residential blocks. Compared to Funabashi or Ichikawa, the scale is smaller, but many shops are locally rooted.

The adult scene here is dominated by delivery health and hotel health. Pink salons and soaplands are virtually absent. Delivery health mostly operates as hotel dispatch type, partnering with nearby love hotels. Prices run ¥12,000–18,000 for 60 minutes. Hotel health uses business hotels or love hotels around the station, with similar pricing.

An estimated 30–40 shops exist, with low density. Independent small shops outnumber chains, and services are standard. Foreigner-friendly options are limited; you may be turned away without Japanese.

Access is a 5–10 minute walk from JR Tsudanuma Station. Typical hours are noon to midnight. Reservations are by phone or LINE; same-day bookings are common. For first-timers, meeting at a convenience store near the station is safe.

Note that the area borders residential zones, so late-night noise and street solicitation are minimal. Many shops don't accept credit cards, so bring cash.
