Izumizaki

At night, Izumizaki has a quiet, subdued atmosphere that feels surprisingly calm for central Naha. Neon signs glow modestly, and adult venue signs line the gaps between buildings. More regular locals than tourists, so first-timers might find the threshold a bit high.

The area is within walking distance of Naha Bus Terminal and close to Kokusai Street. Around Izumizaki intersection, a few soaplands and delivery health buildings are scattered. Adjacent to the hotel district, some hotel health services are also present.

The core of the adult scene is soaplands, with prices ranging from ¥15,000 to ¥30,000 per hour. High-end shops are rare; mid-range to budget is mainstream. Delivery health covers all of Naha City, with dispatch to hotels common. Pink salons and SM clubs are almost nonexistent, and erotic massage shops are few.

For foreign tourists, delivery health is the most accessible. More shops are becoming non-Japanese friendly, but prior phone confirmation is needed. Soaplands often operate only in Japanese, and entry may be refused.

Access: 15 minutes by taxi from Naha Airport, 10 minutes on foot from Kencho-mae Monorail Station. Peak hours are 10 PM to 2 AM. Fridays and Saturdays are crowded, so reservations are recommended.

Note: Most Izumizaki adult shops do not accept credit cards; cash is mandatory. Some shops refuse foreigners, so inquire in advance. Street touting is minimal, and the area is relatively trouble-free.
