Omoromachi/Shintoshin

Omoromachi/Shintoshin is a redeveloped area located slightly north of central Naha City. Once the site of a US military base, it has transformed into a modern district with large shopping malls, hotels, and office buildings. During the day, it bustles with shoppers and tourists, but at night the atmosphere becomes more subdued.

The center of the area features commercial facilities such as the Okinawa Prefectural Museum & Art Museum, DFS Galleria Okinawa, and San-A Naha Main Place. The Yui Rail "Omoromachi Station" is the main transportation hub, about 20 minutes from Naha Airport. There are many business and city hotels around the station, making it a popular base for tourists.

The adult entertainment district in Omoromachi/Shintoshin is scattered along back streets and hotel areas within walking distance of the station. The main categories are delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru), with a concentration that is among the largest in Naha City. Prices typically range from 15,000 to 25,000 yen for 60 minutes for delivery health, and 12,000 to 20,000 yen for 60 minutes for hotel health. Shops are relatively new and feature clean interiors.

Delivery health involves sending a girl to your hotel or home, while hotel health uses rooms in partner hotels. Advance reservation is standard, and it's common to check availability on the day. Acceptance of foreign tourists varies by shop, but English-friendly shops are increasing.

Access is convenient via Yui Rail "Omoromachi Station." Many shops are within a 5-10 minute walk from the station. Business hours are typically from noon to around midnight, and weekends can be crowded, so early reservations are recommended.
