Naha and others

When we say 'Naha and others,' it covers a wide area from alleys off Kokusai Street to the coastal resort hotel strips. Many shops have a casual vibe that tourists can drop into, and some are open from daytime.

Geographically, the highest concentration of shops is around Kokusai Street in central Naha, within walking distance of the monorail stations. Meanwhile, shops are also scattered in resort areas like American Village and central Okinawa, mainly offering delivery-type services to hotels.

The adult scene here is dominated by delivery health (delihe) and hotel health (hoteheru). Delihe dispatches girls to your hotel or home, while hoteheru uses partner hotel rooms. Prices range from ¥12,000 to ¥20,000 for 60 minutes, and more shops now offer English support for tourists.

Pink salons and soaplands are almost nonexistent in Naha; instead, you'll find many esthetic massage shops. However, most operate as 'ero esthe' without explicit intercourse. A very few SM clubs and dating clubs exist in Naha, but they are not foreigner-friendly.

Access: from Naha Airport, take the monorail to Kokusai Street in about 15 minutes. Most shops are Japanese-only, but some now accept simple English or LINE reservations. Same-day bookings are common, but evening slots fill up, so contact early.

Note that prices in Okinawa tend to be slightly higher than on the mainland. Also, some hotels prohibit delivery health visitors, so check beforehand. For tourists, hotel health is a safer bet to avoid trouble.
