Exiting the north exit of Ouji Station, you're greeted by a mix of Showa-era shopping streets and new redevelopment buildings. During the day it's busy with shoppers and commuters, but at night the area quiets down, with business hotel lights becoming more prominent.

The area centers on JR Ouji Station, with different vibes on the north and south sides. The north exit has many old-style bars and shops, while the south exit has seen redevelopment with condos and hotels. Several love hotels and business hotels are within walking distance, serving as bases for delivery health use.

Ouji's adult entertainment scene is small compared to other nightlife districts. The main categories are delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru), typically using hotels around the station. There are almost no storefront soaplands or fashion health shops—it's purely delivery-based. Prices range from ¥12,000 to ¥20,000 for 60 minutes, slightly cheaper than central Tokyo.

Delivery health shops are scattered in residential areas and mixed-use buildings a bit away from the station, with discreet signage. Hotel health shops often partner with hotels near the station, meeting directly at the hotel. For foreign visitors, choosing a shop that speaks Japanese or using hotel health with advance booking is safest.

Access is convenient: about 5 minutes from Ikebukuro and 15 minutes from Tokyo Station on the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line. Most shops operate from noon to around midnight. Friday and Saturday nights are busy, so book early. For delivery health, you call the girl to your home or hotel; for hotel health, you meet at a partner hotel near the station.

Note that foreigner-friendly shops are limited. Few staff speak English or Chinese, so if you don't speak Japanese, research shops that welcome foreigners or use an interpreter service. Also, delivery health may charge extra transportation fees to your hotel, so confirm the total cost upfront.
