Akishima/Haijima is a quiet area known as a bedroom community of Tokyo. During the day, it bustles with local shoppers and commuters, but at night the foot traffic decreases and the atmosphere becomes calm.

Geographically, shops are scattered around Haijima Station, where the JR Ome Line and Hachiko Line intersect, as well as around Akishima Station. The station fronts have roundabouts and shopping streets, making locations easy to find.

The adult entertainment scene here centers on delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru). The number of shops is small, with fewer than 10 establishments. Price ranges are relatively affordable, with some shops offering 60-minute sessions starting from around ¥10,000.
