Kameido/Hirai

Kameido and Hirai are working-class neighborhoods in eastern Tokyo. Rather than a major nightlife district, they have a local, community-oriented adult entertainment scene. During the day, the areas around the stations are lined with shopping streets and izakaya, but at night, neon signs light up.

Kameido and Hirai stations are connected by the JR Sobu Line, close to Kinshicho. Adult venues are scattered around both stations, with a higher concentration on the south side of Hirai Station. Kameido has only a few shops on the north side, making it a smaller scene.

The adult businesses here are mainly delivery health (deliheru) and fashion health. Delivery health involves girls dispatched to hotels, while fashion health is storefront-based for immediate use. Prices are around ¥10,000 per hour, cheaper than central Tokyo. There are few high-end shops, giving it a casual, accessible vibe.

Pink salons and soaplands are almost nonexistent, and SM clubs are rare. Delivery health and fashion health dominate, with about 30–40 shops total. It's not as large as Kinshicho, but popular with locals and budget-conscious visitors.

Access is via JR Sobu Line to Kameido or Hirai stations. About 15 minutes from Tokyo Station, 10 minutes from Akihabara. Most shops operate from noon to midnight, including weekends.

This area is not well-known among foreign tourists, but it's easy to use if you speak Japanese. Some shops may refuse foreigners, so check in advance. Many shops are cash-only, so bring cash.
