Also known as koiwa-/-shin-koiwa
Koiwa and Shin-Koiwa are working-class neighborhoods along the JR Sobu Line, with a small adult scene focused on delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru).
Koiwa and Shin-Koiwa are working-class neighborhoods on Tokyo's eastern edge. During the day, the shopping streets are busy with families and shoppers. At night, neon signs flicker on in alleys a short walk from the stations.
JR Sobu Line's Koiwa Station (rapid trains stop) and Shin-Koiwa Station (local only). Both have north and south exits; adult shops are mostly on the north side, scattered among residential streets. The area is small—nothing like the density of Kinshicho or Kamata.
The adult scene here is delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru). About 20 shops around Koiwa Station, 10 around Shin-Koiwa. No pink salons or soaplands. Prices: deliheru 60 min ¥12,000–15,000, hoteheru 60 min ¥10,000–13,000—slightly cheaper than central Tokyo.
Deliheru sends girls to your home or hotel; hoteheru uses partner hotels. Most are non-option (no intercourse), but some offer add-ons. Foreigner acceptance is limited; Japanese language is often required.
Access: Tokyo Station to Koiwa Station about 15 min on the JR Sobu Line rapid. Shin-Koiwa is less convenient. Hours: noon to midnight, busier on weekends. Reservations by phone or LINE; English support is rare.
For first-timers, check the free shop guides at convenience stores near the station. Some shops refuse foreigners, so call ahead. The area is residential—keep noise down.
