Fudōmae, Musashikoyama, Nishikoyama — three stations along the Tokyu Meguro Line, where old Tokyo charm meets quiet residential streets. By day, shoppers fill the covered arcades; by evening, office workers head home. The nightlife is subdued, with almost no flashy neon.

Geographically, the line runs from Meguro Station: first Fudōmae, then Musashikoyama, then Nishikoyama. Musashikoyama's shopping street stretches about 800 meters, one of Tokyo's longest. Nishikoyama is quieter, with small eateries scattered among homes.

The adult scene here is centered on delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru), operating from apartments and business hotels near the stations. Storefronts are rare. Prices start around ¥10,000 for 60 minutes — slightly cheaper than central Tokyo. A few pink salons (pinsaro) offer quick, affordable sessions. Erotic massage (eroeste) shops exist but are few.

Overall density is low; this isn't a red-light district but a discreet cluster of businesses. Shops are a short walk from stations, so it's best to research beforehand. Foreigner-friendly shops are limited, but basic Japanese often works.

Access: from JR Meguro Station, take the Tokyu Meguro Line — 2 minutes to Fudōmae, 4 to Musashikoyama, 6 to Nishikoyama. Most shops close by 10 PM; late-night options are scarce. For first-timers, Musashikoyama station area has the highest concentration.

Note: since this is a residential area, avoid loud conversations or photos near shops. Delivery health and hotel health require advance reservations — walk-ins are rare. If you're not confident in Japanese, check for English-friendly shops beforehand.
