Kuhonbutsu/Kaminoge (Oimachi Line)

Kuhonbutsu and Kaminoge are quiet residential areas along the Tokyu Oimachi Line. There are only small shopping streets near the stations, and pedestrian traffic decreases at night. Although the area has good access to central Tokyo, it has almost no character as an entertainment district.

Geographically, Kuhonbutsu Station and Kaminoge Station are adjacent and within walking distance. Parks and temples are scattered around, giving a calm atmosphere. The Oimachi Line provides direct access to Jiyugaoka and Oimachi, with convenient transfers.

The concentration of adult venues is very limited. In this area, you will only find a few delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru) shops. There are no soaplands, pink salons, or SM clubs. The number of shops can be counted on one hand, and it is not a large-scale red-light district.

Price ranges are average for Tokyo: delivery health around ¥10,000 for 60 minutes, hotel health around ¥12,000 for 60 minutes. However, due to the limited options, advance reservations are often necessary. Almost no shops cater to foreigners, so Japanese communication skills are required.

Access is via Kuhonbutsu or Kaminoge Station on the Tokyu Oimachi Line. From Shibuya, it takes about 20 minutes via Jiyugaoka; from Oimachi, about 15 minutes. Most shops operate until 10 PM, making late-night use difficult.

To use adult services in this area, it is common to research shops online and make a phone reservation in advance. There are a few love hotels near the stations, so you can rent a room for hotel health services. However, due to the small number of shops, visiting with high expectations may lead to disappointment.
