The Senzoku, Ōokayama, and Okusawa area is a residential zone along the Tokyu Meguro and Oimachi lines, with virtually no adult entertainment scene. Only a few delivery health and erotic massage services are scattered here.

All have good access to central Tokyo, but none have any entertainment district character. The area is dotted with universities and hospitals, giving it a calm atmosphere.
Adult venues are virtually nonexistent here. If you look hard, you might find a few delivery health (deliheru) shops and a handful of individually run erotic massage (eroeste) places. There are no storefront operations like soapland, fashion health, or pink salons.
Price-wise, delivery health runs around ¥10,000 for 60 minutes, and erotic massage around ¥8,000–¥10,000 for 60 minutes—slightly cheaper than central Tokyo. But the selection is extremely limited, making a special trip hardly worthwhile. Services for foreigners are almost nonexistent; Japanese language ability is assumed.
Access is on foot from each Tokyu line station, but shops are scattered, so check the location in advance. Some shops stay open until late, but most close by 10–11 PM.
Looking for adult entertainment in this area is not practical. If you must, pre-book a delivery health service to your hotel or home. However, only a few shops offer in-call. Your best bet is to head to nearby Ōsaki, Gotanda, or Shibuya instead.
