Seibu Line

The Seibu Line area stretches from Shinjuku toward Chichibu along private railway lines. Multiple lines like the Ikebukuro Line and Shinjuku Line run through, with residential neighborhoods spreading along the tracks. Rather than a nightlife district, this is an area where locally oriented adult shops are scattered.

Geographically, main hubs include Tokorozawa, Hanno, Higashimurayama, and Kiyose. Shops cluster within walking distance of stations, but there's no flashy entertainment district. They exist quietly amid suburban homes.

In terms of adult venue categories, delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru) dominate. Around Tokorozawa and Hanno stations, there are a few buildings dedicated to hotel health. Prices are slightly cheaper than central Tokyo, typically 12,000–15,000 yen for 60 minutes.

Some areas also have erotic massage (este) shops, but they are few. Soaplands and pink salons are virtually nonexistent. Overall, the number of shops is limited, and choices are restricted.

Access: from Shinjuku, take the Seibu Shinjuku Line to Tokorozawa (about 30 minutes) or to Hanno (about 45 minutes by limited express). Business hours are generally from afternoon until late night. This area is not well-known among foreign tourists, but it's accessible if you speak Japanese.

Note: some shops may refuse foreign customers. Check by phone or online in advance. Also, many shops are located away from stations, so consider using taxis or buses.
