Shakujii Park / Oizumi Gakuen

Shakujii Park and Oizumi Gakuen are residential areas located in the western part of Nerima Ward. Shakujii Park is known for its ponds and greenery, while Oizumi Gakuen is famous as a movie town. Both are calm areas a bit away from central Tokyo, with local shopping streets and residential neighborhoods.

The adult entertainment scene here is not a concentrated red-light district but rather a few shops scattered among residential areas. Around Shakujii Park Station and Oizumi Gakuen Station, there are several delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru) shops. The number is small, with about 10 shops confirmed.

Delivery health is a service where women are dispatched to your home or hotel, and in this area, shops are relatively affordable (around ¥10,000 for 60 minutes). Hotel health provides services in partner hotels, with similar pricing. Both have a small number of working women, and reservations are often required.

For foreign visitors, this area is less accessible compared to central entertainment districts. The nearest stations are Shakujii Park Station or Oizumi Gakuen Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, about 15–20 minutes from Ikebukuro. Business hours are generally from afternoon until late night, and many shops only speak Japanese, so it's recommended to check in advance by phone or email.

This area is suitable for those who want to relax in a quiet residential setting or avoid the crowds of central Tokyo. However, options are limited, so it's best to research shops beforehand.
