Nerima / Nerima-Takanodai / Hikarigaoka

Around Nerima Station, where the Seibu Ikebukuro Line and Toei Oedo Line intersect, it's more of a local shopping and residential area than a nightlife district. There are izakayas and chain restaurants, busy with office workers and students on weeknights, but you won't see flashy signs or touts for adult venues.

Nerima-Takanodai Station is a local-only stop on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, surrounded by quiet residential streets. Hikarigaoka Station on the Toei Oedo Line is a planned community with large housing complexes and parks. None of these have a concentration of nightlife entertainment.

The adult services in this area are mainly delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru). There are only a few shops: a handful near Nerima Station, and a couple near Hikarigaoka and Nerima-Takanodai. There are no soaplands, fashion health, or pink salons. Prices are slightly lower than central Tokyo, with deliheru starting around ¥10,000 for 60 minutes.

Deliheru sends women to your home or hotel, typically using apartments or business hotels in Nerima Ward. Hoteheru operates in partner hotels, often love hotels or business hotels near Nerima Station. Both require advance reservation, usually by phone on the day.

For foreign visitors, this area is inconvenient for adult entertainment. Shops are scattered and signage is discreet. You'll need to research online and call to book. Almost no shops have English support, so unless you speak Japanese, it's more practical to go to Shinjuku or Ikebukuro where foreigner-friendly services are common.

Access: from Ikebukuro, Nerima is about 10 minutes on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line; Hikarigaoka is about 20 minutes from Shinjuku on the Toei Oedo Line; Nerima-Takanodai is about 15 minutes from Ikebukuro. Most shops operate from afternoon until late night, with surcharges for late hours.
