Iogi, Kami-Shakujii, Musashi-Seki

Iogi, Kami-Shakujii, and Musashi-Seki are typical Tokyo bedroom communities along the Seibu Shinjuku Line. During the day, the station fronts are busy with housewives and students shopping at supermarkets and local stores. At night, foot traffic thins out, and the area turns into a quiet residential neighborhood.

The area is about 15–20 minutes from Shinjuku on the Seibu Shinjuku Line. The three stations—Iogi, Kami-Shakujii, and Musashi-Seki—are close together, with a few adult shops scattered within walking distance. They operate out of back alleys or apartment rooms a short walk from the stations.

The adult entertainment options here are limited, mainly delivery health and hotel health. Delivery health sends girls to your home or hotel, with rates around ¥12,000–18,000 for 60 minutes. Hotel health uses partner hotels. There are no pink salons or soaplands. Each station area has about 3–5 shops, not a dense concentration.

For foreign visitors, this area is inconvenient for adult entertainment. Few shops, mostly Japanese-only service, and almost no English support. Since it's residential, there are no flashy signs, so advance research is essential.

Access: From Shinjuku, take the Seibu Shinjuku Line to Iogi (15 min), Kami-Shakujii (18 min), or Musashi-Seki (20 min). Business hours are generally from afternoon to late night, but vary by shop. It's strongly recommended to book by phone or web in advance.

This area is not for those seeking the hustle of Tokyo's red-light districts. It suits people who prefer quiet, private services in a local setting. However, the language barrier is high, so if you're not fluent in Japanese, it's better to skip this area.
