Shiinamachi, Ekodai, and Sakuradai are quiet residential areas along the Seibu Ikebukuro Line. At night, the shopping streets close early, and the area takes on a calm atmosphere. There's no flashy entertainment district here; it retains a strong local, everyday feel.

Geographically, Shiinamachi is one stop from Ikebukuro, Ekodai is further out, and Sakuradai lies between Ekodai and Nerima. Each station is surrounded by residential neighborhoods with no major nightlife hubs. Adult shops are scattered in alleys or apartment rooms a short walk from the stations.

The adult scene here consists mainly of delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru). The number of shops is small—just a few per station. Prices are relatively affordable, starting around ¥10,000 for 60 minutes. Don't expect extravagant services; it's suited for those seeking low-key, local-style encounters.

Foreign tourists rarely visit, and Japanese language ability is generally required. Few shops cater to English or Chinese speakers, so advance booking and communication need care. There are no storefront-type establishments like soaplands.

Access: from Ikebukuro on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, Shiinamachi is about 3 minutes, Ekodai about 5 minutes, and Sakuradai about 7 minutes. Most shops operate from 22:00 to midnight; be mindful of last train times.

When visiting, remember it's a residential area—keep noise down and behave discreetly. Confirm shop locations in advance to avoid wandering around.
