Tamaplaza and Shiga-o are quiet residential neighborhoods along the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line. During the day, families fill the streets, but at night, adult businesses begin operating. Step away from the station rotaries into the back streets, and you'll spot signs for delivery health and hotel health services.

Geographically, the main activity area spans about 2 kilometers between Tamaplaza and Shiga-o stations. Business hotels and love hotels dot the area around the stations, serving as bases for outcall services. It's about 20 minutes by train from central Yokohama.

The adult scene here is almost entirely delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru). There are no storefront shops; everything is outcall. Deliheru dispatches girls to your home or hotel, while hoteheru uses partner hotels. There are roughly 20–30 shops, making it a small-scale area.

Prices range from 12,000–18,000 yen for 60 minutes for deliheru, and 15,000–20,000 yen for hoteheru. Upscale shops are rare; the focus is on budget-friendly options. Girls are mostly in their late 20s to 30s, and Japanese women are the norm.

Access is on foot from Tamaplaza or Shiga-o stations on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line. Taxi stands are available at both stations. Business hours are typically noon to midnight. Reservations are made by phone or LINE, and Japanese language is standard.

This area is challenging for foreign tourists. Without Japanese, booking is difficult. Deliheru requires calling to your accommodation, and hotel policies may restrict visitors. Shops with English support are nearly nonexistent.
