Hirano is an area of Hirano Ward in the south-east of Osaka City, served by Hirano Station on the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line. This page gives the station's position and an outline of the ward.
Hirano Station (T32) on the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line lies between Komagawa-Nakano (T31) and Kire-Uriwari (T33). The station guide lists no connecting lines, so from other routes you transfer to the Tanimachi Line to get here.
Hirano Ward's page places the ward roughly at the centre of Osaka Prefecture, in the south-eastern part of Osaka City. If listings are added for Hirano, they will appear here. For now they can be viewed on the Osaka City page and on the Uehonmachi, Namba/Shinsaibashi, Nihonbashi, Umeda and Nishinakajima/Shin-Osaka/Higashi-Mikuni pages, and within the prefecture all of them are dispatch services.

Osaka City, which includes Hirano Ward, also has a touting ordinance: on prohibited-zone roads no business may tout, and anyone who does not follow guidance or orders is liable to a non-penal fine of up to 50,000 yen.
