Sekime/Senbayashi

Sekime and Senbayashi are quiet residential neighborhoods in eastern Osaka City. With subway and Keihan railway stations, the local shopping streets are the center of daily life. At night, foot traffic thins out, and few lights remain except for restaurants.

Geographically, Sekime is in Joto Ward and Senbayashi in Asahi Ward, adjacent to each other. Main stations are Sekime-Takadono (Tanimachi Line) and Senbayashi (Keihan Main Line), about 15–20 minutes by train from central Osaka.

This area has almost no adult venue concentration. There are no storefront facilities like soaplands, fashion health, or pink salons. The only adult businesses are a few delivery health (deliheru) shops, operating from apartments or private homes, rarely with street signage.

Delivery health rates are around ¥10,000–¥15,000 per 60 minutes, similar to other parts of Osaka. However, the limited number of shops means few choices. Foreign tourists rarely visit this area for adult entertainment; it's more practical to head to Minami or Kita for concentrated options.

Access is via the Tanimachi Subway Line or Keihan Main Line, but taxis are safer at night. Rather than searching locally, check delivery health websites in advance and arrange for hotel calls. English support is almost nonexistent.
