Sekime/Senbayashi is an area of Osaka City crossed by the Keihan and Tanimachi lines, with the Senbayashi shopping street at its centre. This page explains how to reach it from the stations and where the shopping street runs.
The tourism bureau says the Senbayashi shopping street is just a short walk from Keihan's Senbayashi Station and right by exit 1 of Senbayashi-Omiya Station on the Tanimachi Line. On the Tanimachi Line, Senbayashi-Omiya (T14) sits between Taishibashi-Imaichi (T13) and Sekime-Takadono (T15), and Sekime-Takadono's other neighbour is Noe-Uchindai (T16).
According to the bureau, the Senbayashi shopping street links Keihan's Senbayashi Station with Senbayashi-Omiya Station on the Tanimachi Line over about 700 m. Once listings are added for Sekime/Senbayashi, this page will show them. At present they are grouped on the Osaka City page and also appear on the Umeda, Uehonmachi, Namba/Shinsaibashi, Nihonbashi and Nishinakajima/Shin-Osaka/Higashi-Mikuni pages. Prefecture-wide, the site lists dispatch services alone.
As a rule covering the whole prefecture, Osaka Prefecture's ordinance forbids sex-industry operations with fixed premises and reception offices. Osaka City adds its touting ordinance, under which no trade may in principle tout on prohibited-zone roads; failing to follow guidance or orders leads to a non-penal fine of up to 50,000 yen.
It depends on the venue. Each venue page lists the languages it handles, and the “English OK” filter in search narrows results to venues with English support.
Payment methods vary by venue. Check the listing and confirm with the venue before booking.
