Nakatsu covers Nakatsu 1-7 chome in Osaka's Kita Ward and its Midosuji Line station is the one next to Umeda. This page gives the connections and a short description of the area.
Nakatsu Station on the Midosuji Line (M15) has Umeda (M16) and Nishinakajima-Minamigata (M14) as its neighbours. Nishinakajima-Minamigata connects with Hankyu, so from a Hankyu line you can switch to the Midosuji Line there and ride one stop.
A Kita Ward page for the local community council describes Nakatsu as an area that keeps an old townscape even though Osaka Station is within walking distance, and gives its extent as Nakatsu 1-7 chome.

Touting on roads designated as prohibited zones is banned in principle for any type of business, and failing to follow guidance, warnings or orders can result in a non-penal fine of up to 50,000 yen. Prefecture-wide, sex-industry shops with their own premises and reception counters are both banned by ordinance.
