Sumiyoshi is the area around Sumiyoshi Taisha shrine and Sumiyoshitaisha Station on the Nankai Main Line in Osaka City. This page gives the route from the station and how the tourism bureau describes the shrine.
The tourism bureau says Sumiyoshi Taisha is a 3-minute walk east of Sumiyoshitaisha Station on the Nankai Main Line. Nankai's Sumiyoshitaisha Station (NK08) is on the Nankai Line and connects with the Hankai and Uemachi lines.
The bureau introduces Sumiyoshi Taisha as the head shrine of the Sumiyoshi shrines across Japan. Sumiyoshi has no listings at the moment; any that are added will be displayed here. Osaka's listings are on the Osaka City page and on the Namba/Shinsaibashi, Nihonbashi, Uehonmachi, Umeda and Nishinakajima/Shin-Osaka/Higashi-Mikuni pages, and in the prefecture they are limited to dispatch services.
The streets around the shrine are also part of Osaka City, so the city's touting ordinance reaches them. On prohibited-zone roads touting is in principle banned for businesses of every kind, and a person who will not follow the city's guidance, warnings or orders is subject to a non-penal fine of up to 50,000 yen. Nowhere in Osaka does the prefectural ordinance permit store-based sex businesses or reception offices.
It depends on the venue. Each venue page lists the languages it handles, and the “English OK” filter in search narrows results to venues with English support.
Payment methods vary by venue. Check the listing and confirm with the venue before booking.
