Step out of the south exit of Juso Station, and you'll see pink neon signs flickering among the alleys lined with bars and pachinko parlors. This is one of Osaka's top soapland clusters.

Pass through the shopping arcade extending from the station rotary, and the adult district begins immediately. Narrow north-south alleys are packed with soaplands, interspersed with delivery health and pink salon information booths.

The adult scene in Juso is dominated by soaplands. Prices start from around ¥15,000–¥18,000 for 60 minutes, relatively affordable within Osaka City. Delivery health is also common, mostly the type that dispatches directly to hotels. A few pink salons offer quick, casual fun.

Overall, there are about 50–60 shops, making it a medium-sized district. Price ranges vary widely, from budget to high-end. Foreign visitors may be turned away if they don't speak Japanese, but more shops are starting to accommodate English speakers.

Access is a short walk from Hankyu Juso Station. Operating hours vary by shop, but soaplands typically run from early afternoon until late night, while delivery health operates later. Friday and Saturday nights are busy, so aim for earlier hours.
