Tsuruhashi is the area around Tsuruhashi Station, where the JR Osaka Loop Line, Kintetsu and the Osaka Metro Sennichimae Line meet. This page covers the interchange and the shopping streets and Koreatown close by.
At Tsuruhashi Station on the Sennichimae Line (S19) you can change to JR and Kintetsu. JR Tsuruhashi is a Loop Line station: the inner track toward Kyobashi and Osaka leaves from platform 1, and the outer track toward Tennoji and Shin-Imamiya from platform 2. The tourism bureau puts Miyuki-dori (Koreatown) in Ikuno Ward at a 10-minute walk from Tsuruhashi or Momodani station.
The bureau describes Miyuki-dori as a shopping street between Tsuruhashi and Momodani stations on the JR Loop Line, lined with Korean grocers and restaurants. Osaka City's guide to urban landscape resources names the Tsuruhashi shopping streets around the station, together with Koreatown, as one of the landscape resources that represent Osaka.
