Tenma is the part of Osaka's Kita Ward centred on Osaka Tenmangu shrine and the Tenjinbashisuji shopping street. This page sets out how to reach it from JR Tenma Station and the Sakaisuji Line, and how the area is laid out.
The tourism bureau lists the nearest stations for the Tenjinbashisuji shopping street as Ogimachi, Tenjimbashisuji Rokuchome and Minamimorimachi on the Sakaisuji Line, and Tenma on the JR Osaka Loop Line. JR Tenma Station is served by the Osaka Loop Line and the JR Yumesaki Line. Tenjimbashisuji Rokuchome Station (T18) is on the Tanimachi Line and also connects with the Sakaisuji Line (K11) and Hankyu.
As the bureau describes it, the Tenjinbashisuji shopping street runs from Tenjinbashi 1-chome north to Tenjinbashisuji 7-chome. The bureau also places Osaka Tenmangu in the Tenma area, a short way from Osaka Station, at Tenjinbashi 2-1-8.
The Tenma page is still empty of listings, and anything added will be shown here. Until then, Osaka listings are on the Osaka City page or on the Umeda, Namba/Shinsaibashi, Nihonbashi, Uehonmachi and Nishinakajima/Shin-Osaka/Higashi-Mikuni pages. All of them are dispatch services.
The city's touting ordinance marks out, within its priority districts, the roads with particularly heavy foot traffic and complaints as prohibited zones, where touting by any trade is banned in principle. Failing to obey guidance, a warning or an order brings a non-penal fine of up to 50,000 yen. As for the prefecture's rules, neither a store-based sex business nor a reception office may operate in Osaka Prefecture.
It depends on the venue. Each venue page lists the languages it handles, and the “English OK” filter in search narrows results to venues with English support.
Payment methods vary by venue. Check the listing and confirm with the venue before booking.
