Temmabashi is the area around Temmabashi Station in Osaka City, where the Tanimachi Line meets the Keihan Line. This page covers the interchange and the bridge, counted among the city's three great bridges, that gives the area its name.
Temmabashi Station on the Tanimachi Line (T22) is an interchange with Keihan, and its Tanimachi Line neighbours are Minamimorimachi (T21) and Tanimachi Yonchome (T23). Tanimachi Yonchome connects with the Chuo Line (C18), so from the Chuo Line it takes one change to get here.
A Kita Ward page describes Temmabashi as one of the bridges known, together with Tenjinbashi and Naniwabashi, as the "three great bridges of Naniwa." Listings added for Temmabashi will be displayed on this page. Osaka's current listings are on the Osaka City page and on the Uehonmachi, Nihonbashi, Namba/Shinsaibashi, Umeda and Nishinakajima/Shin-Osaka/Higashi-Mikuni pages. Listings in the prefecture are dispatch services.
The area around Temmabashi is within the reach of Osaka City's touting ordinance. On roads the city has made prohibited zones, touting by any business is forbidden in principle, and not complying with guidance, a warning or an order leads to a non-penal fine of up to 50,000 yen. In addition, Osaka Prefecture's ordinance prohibits sex businesses operated from their own shop, along with reception-office businesses, in every municipality of the prefecture.
