Kyobashi/Miyakojima

When you step out of Kyobashi Station, you're met with a lively streetscape lined with bars and izakayas. Head toward Miyakojima, and the area shifts to a quieter mix of residential and commercial zones. At night, instead of neon signs, you'll notice men staring at their phone screens—a sign of the delivery health scene.

Kyobashi is a transport hub where the JR Loop Line and the Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Subway Line intersect. Miyakojima is accessible via the Tanimachi Subway Line; the two areas aren't within walking distance but are about 10 minutes apart by taxi. Kyobashi station area is dense with restaurants, while Miyakojima has a more subdued atmosphere.

The adult entertainment here is overwhelmingly delivery health and hotel health. Soaplands are virtually nonexistent, and pink salons are few. Delivery health shops operate out of business hotels and love hotels around Kyobashi Station, while hotel health shops use hotels on the Miyakojima side. Prices start around ¥10,000 for 60 minutes, slightly cheaper than other parts of Osaka.

Shops are small, mostly individually owned or small chains. Foreigner-friendly shops are limited, but a few delivery health shops offer English support. Be aware that some shops have significant gaps between photos and actual women, so check review sites beforehand.

Access is easiest via Kyobashi Station. For delivery health, meeting points are usually convenience stores or hotel lobbies near the station. For hotel health, either book a hotel in advance or use the shop's designated hotel. Credit card acceptance is rare; cash is king.

If it's your first visit, the area south of Kyobashi Station has the highest shop density. Street touts are almost nonexistent, so you'll need to research shop websites and call ahead. If you don't speak Japanese, compile a list of English-friendly shops in advance.
